This agreement
These terms apply to anyone who uses Rimas360. If your company has a signed agreement with us, that agreement governs where it differs from these terms.
By using Rimas360 you agree to these terms. If you use it for a company, you confirm you may accept them for that company.
Accounts
Rimas360 is invite-only. Your company decides who has access and at which properties, and is responsible for what its users do.
Keep your sign-in to yourself. Tell your administrator, or us, straight away if you think someone else has used it.
Your company’s data
Your company owns the data it puts into Rimas360. It gives us permission to store and process that data only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
Your company can export its data at any time.
Connected accounts
When an administrator connects a Google or Microsoft 365 mailbox, Google Sheets or another service, they authorise Rimas360 to act with that service on the company’s behalf, within the permission shown when they connect. They can disconnect it at any time. Rimas360 sends email only when the company’s own use of the app asks it to.
Acceptable use
Do not use Rimas360 to break the law, to send spam or unsolicited email, to get into accounts or data you are not entitled to, or to interfere with the service or other customers.
We may suspend access that puts the service or other customers at risk, and will tell your company why.
Fees
Fees are set by your company’s plan or order. We give notice before a price change takes effect.
The service
We work to keep Rimas360 available and secure, and publish its uptime on our security & trust page. We improve it continually; if we remove something your company relies on, we will tell it first.
Except as a signed agreement says otherwise, Rimas360 is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees your company paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending
Your company can stop using Rimas360 at any time under its plan. After cancellation, it has 30 days to export its data before we delete it.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell company administrators before it takes effect.
